The staff at ASM reflects the diversity within the church. There are a number of different denominations, nationalities and cultures represented. They come to ASM from a variety of secular and ministry backgrounds. These include teaching, business, nursing, pastoral ministry and cross-cultural missions, all of which enrich the growth and development environment at ASM.

Most of our staff members live on campus and interact with the programme participants on many levels. They consider it a priority to continue developing their own ministry skills and knowledge. Many are involved in outside ministries in the local community or participate in short-term mission opportunities. They are also involved in further studies towards advanced degrees that keep them abreast of current thought.
